Aviation logistics specialist Menzies Aviation has secured ground services contracts in Mexico from seven carriers.
These pacts have been signed with Aeroflot, American Airlines, Air Canada, TAG Airlines Delta Air Lines, Flair Airlines and Frontier Airlines.
American Airlines has granted two new contracts to Menzies for providing passenger, ramp and cabin cleaning services at Chetumal (CTM), along with ramp and cabin cleaning services at Manzanillo (ZLO).
Russia’s Aeroflot will receive passenger, ramp and cabin cleaning services from Menzies at Cancun (CUN).
Under the contract with Air Canada, Menzies will deliver ramp and cabin cleaning services at Huatulco (HUX) and Zihuatanejo (ZIH).

By GlobalDataAs agreed, Menzies will be responsible for providing services to 355 flights a year at Guadalajara Airport (GDL) and 575 flights a year at Monterrey Airport (MTY).
In addition, Flair Airlines has turned to Menzies to back its start-up across Mexico, where the Canada-based ultra-low-cost carrier is working to develop new routes.
From next month, Menzies will offer ground handling services at Los Cabos (SJD) and Cancun.
The US-based ultra-low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines signed a contract with Menzies for the delivery of ground handling services at Cancun.
Lastly, Menzies secured a contract from TAG Airlines to provide ground handling services at five different locations in Mexico.
These sites are Guadalajara, Cancun, Merida (MID), Oaxaca (OAX) and Tuxla Gutierrez (TGZ).

Currently, Menzies Aviation provides services at 31 Mexican airports.
In May last year, Menzies Aviation won new cargo contracts from United Airlines to support operations at Australia’s Sydney (SYD) and Melbourne (MEL) airports.
